UOW Science Space
About UOW Science Space
Established in 1989, Science Space is an iconic centre at the University of Wollongong (UOW) and has been a major draw for residents across NSW. The former migrant building was transformed with exhibits from Expo 88 and Questacon to become one of the busiest regional attractions. In 2000, after receiving funding support from UOW and government authorities, it re-opened its doors as part of Innovation Campus – now boasting nine buildings that make up this award-winning research hub by the sea!
